Setting the Acknowledgement while creating EDIISAOutboundEnvelope means that the acknowledgement is expected. This sets the value of ISA14 to 1. It is required to also set the acknowledgement to yes in the EDI relationship so that when Acknowledgement is received it can be reconciled based on the acknowledgement Flag in the relationship.

What is the difference between "acknowledgement" in
"EDIISAOutboundEnvelope" and "acknowledgement" in "EDI relationship"?
if the value of "acknowledgement" in "EDIISAOutboundEnvelope" is Yes
,but the value of "acknowledgement" in "EDI relationship" is NO, What
will happen? Must we need two places to set the value?

The acknowledgement value mentioned in "EDIISAOutboundEnvelope" is the part of ISA envelope in the output file (ISA14). The value of Expect acknowledgement in "EDI relationship” decides that the file created by Outbound relationship is expecting an acknowledgment or not.

If the value of "acknowledgement" in "EDIISAOutboundEnvelope" is Yes ,but the value of "acknowledgement" in "EDI relationship" is NO, then the acknowledgement will not be reconciled. It is upto you if you want to reconcile the acknowledgement then you have to set the acknowledgement at both places.
