Lookup into a table and get data

This code takes a source file path and does a look-up into a reference table. Look-up gets the schema, mapping, and target entity ID. These IDs are set in the context so that in the process flow we can dynamically assign these entity IDs to the related activities. This code will be embedded in a Custom Plugin and this object is used as one of the activities in the process flow.
