Issue while creating Web-Service Consumer

While creating Web Service consumer below error is thrown:

To resolve this issue please verify things listed below:

1. Browser must be Internet Explorer.

2. Its security setting's should be correct. It should not restrict Adeptia.

3. If the above doesn't work then try updating the browser.
