Process Flow Summary PDF Loops

Question: I am attempting to generate a Summary PDF of the attached process flow. A
window titled "Generating Process Flow PDF" containing the message
"Preparing to generate Process Flow PDF" has appeared for more than four
hours. Task manager shows minimal CPU activity in the JVM with no change in
memory used. I have increased the maximum memory for the Process Designer
from 256Mb to 512Mb and still get the same result. What do I need to do?

Solution: This is a known issue in Adeptia v5.3. Please update to Adeptia v5.3 SP1. The upgrade guide is also available with the service pack.
