System Monitor does not open

Error:

I am trying to open my System Monitor JNLP File in my production instance. It just shows me the below screen and after some time it just disappears without opening the system monitor.

 

Cause:

The value of web-server.public.address is empty or incorrect

 

Solution:

Go to Administer > Application Settings > Update System Properties > Web Server and provide the Server IP.
