Triggers not getting triggered after patch install

Error:

While testing we observed that the triggers are not getting triggered even though they are active and the next fire time is also in the future. If I disable and then enable it, then it's working.

Cause:

This type of uncertain behavior of Events occurs when Adeptia Suite is running at the time of patch application

Solution:

1)  Deactivating and activating the event

2)  Stop/Start the scheduler. You can do this through Administer > Maintenance > Scheduler.
