Error : Invalid byte 2 of 2-byte UTF-8 sequence

Error:

When processing a particular UTF-8 encoded file, we are receiving the following error

Error in execution : Invalid byte 2 of 2-byte UTF-8 sequence.

Cause:

The encoding of the system is not set to UTF-8

Solution:

Changing the system level encoding to UTF-8
