Web Service - security verification error

Error:

When attempting to connect to a web service with our web service consumer, we are receiving the following error:

Error in execution for activity WsMessageCall:SandBoxTracker:010222052032137408357345300009[An error occurred when verifying security for the message.]

Cause:

There is a configuration issue with the security policy your web service is using

Solution:

1) Verify the settings in the web service security policy is accurate.

2) Try connecting to the web service through SoapUI or other web service tool and compare the configuration properties

3) If you are entering a username and password with the Password Type as "Password Text", select the User Name Token option under Outgoing Message Properties of the security policy
