Error reading Migration.log while Applying patch

Issue:

I am attempting to update our Dev server but I am getting the below error. After running the .bat file.

I looked at the forum but I can’t see anyone with the same issue, can you point me in the right direction?

java.lang.NullPointerException: Null output stream

Resolution:

Please make sure to run the command prompt using Administrator privileges and the patch location is on the same Drive as the Adeptia installation.
