Insert failed for table AU_USERS

Error:

I am trying to deploy the zip file from one of the example forum posts on my local instance with no luck. Here's the error from the migration.log 

java.lang.Exception: Insert failed for table AU_USERS.
Error while encrypting Error while parsing target tag file.

Cause:

The installation path provided during migration is incomplete

Solution:

Make sure the installation path includes "\AdeptiaServer"

i.e. C:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-6.1\AdeptiaServer
