Error while decrypting Given final block

Situation:

When I apply the patch for migrating to 6.2, I do get this exception.

java.lang.Exception: Error while decrypting Given final block not properly padded

java.lang.Exception: Exception while getting Quartz Database configuration : Error while decrypting Given final block not properly padded

Cause:

You are attempting to apply the patch using the migration utility user interface

Solution:

As described in the patch deployment guide, please apply the patch using the command line option.
