Error:
We are receiving the following error in our Kernel logs after finding that Adeptia has become unresponsive
Exception in thread "Thread-580653" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
Cause:
The memory used by the java classes loaded into your JVM have exceeded the preset limit
Solution:
Increase the maximum heap size(Perm space) of the Kernel from MaxPermSize = 128M to MaxPermSize = 512M in the launcher.properties file(\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\etc)
