Problem in loading Process Flow - null

Error:

Keep getting the error when Process Flow is launched, existing or new

 Problem in loading process flow - null

Also, we are receiving this error in the Java Console

com.adeptia.indigo.pd.wait.ParallelProcessException: Unable to upgrade the current process flow.

Cause:

There is an issue with the Java installed on your machine

Solution:

1) Clear the Java Cache
