Insufficient memory - Java Runtime Environment

Error:

When attempting to start the Adeptia Kernel and Webrunner, we are encountering this error in the Kernel and Webrunner application logs

There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue

Cause:

Your system is encountering an issue allocating enough memory to the Adeptia Services.

Solution:

The memory allocated to the Kernel and Webunner is defined in the launcher.properties file (AdeptiaInstallationDirectory/ServerKernel/etc/). If the -Xms values of the Kernel and Webrunner JVM exceed the RAM available on the server, you will continue to encounter this issue. Make sure the total -Xms values are within the RAM available on the server be decreasing the memory allocated to Adeptia or increasing the available memory of the server
