Archive and Log cleanup error

Situation:

After a new installation of Adeptia was completed, we received the following notifications

Error while performing clean up archive logs and data

Error while archival log cleanup
Repository Location E:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-6.3\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\web\Archive\ProcessFlow does not exist. Please provide a valid repository path.

Error while performing log archival and clean-up

Repository Location E:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-6.3\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\web\repository does not exist. Please provide a valid repository path.

Cause:

The cleanup job has run before any process flows were executed. The directories referenced by the cleanup job would not yet exist, since they are created once a process flow has been executed. Once the flows are executed, these errors should no longer appear.

Solution:

Execute a process flow
