Mapping Diagnostic codes in EDI 837

Hi,

I am trying to map OtherDiagnostic codes which are more than 12 to a single target field. If Other Diagnostic codes are more than 12 then there is a second iteration of that node. Does any one had a similar situation?Any help is much appreciated.

 If there are more 12 then we are recieving a new set of HI_OtherDiagnosisInformation_2300/. i.e. we will have new set as below.

              HI01_HealthCareCodeInformation_2300

              HI02_HealthCareCodeInformation_2300

How should I map the second Iteration of    HI_OtherDiagnosisInformation_2300/
