Two target files created?

When I create two entities(eventFileA &eventFileB) of "Events &Triggers > File". eventFileA and evenFileB have the same "File BaseLocation" as below. eventFileA is used by outboundrelationshipA. eventFileB is used by outboundrelationshipB. When I throw a EDI file which type is outboundrelationshipA into the "File Base Location". Then will create two target files into the target folder. Why did this happen?

  we can’t use same Folder and same File search criteria in two File events. If we try to use the same then both of the Process Flows bind with those events will be triggered.
