Where does the User ID in the logs come from?

All process flow logs are showing up with a user ID of "admin". No other user is able to see these logs. User "admin" does not own any process flows or triggers. How can we make process flow logs visible to all users (or all group users)?

  The process flow logs show the User ID of the account that had activated those triggers. Since the user ID shows "admin" we're assuming the triggers were activated from this account. For the logs to be accessible by the users or the group users, you'll need to activate the trigger from that respective account.
