Unable to pull Oracle Tables into database schema

I've setup a new database connection with a customer that is using Oracle (connection test works). When I attempt to configure the database schema to pull in the tables, the connection never returns anything to the "populateshema.jsp" screen.

Are there any known issues with Oracle when attempting to pull this information or is there a way to troubleshoot this? Currently the screen never returns anything when I click on "Get Tables".

  You can use the SQL Query field to define the data you'd like to pull in without using the Browse Tables option.
