Creating a multi-line item form using addresses

Current form only generates one line item.  Need help creating a multi-line item form based on shipping address.

  Martin, if I understand the comments correctly you are saying once you have the multi-line Invoice data you would like to see it in the Web Form. If that is correct then you would need to use rich form component available under the Web Forms category. Rich Form allows display of multiple lines of records.
