    We see that the “c:\lexicom\outbox\Amazon AS2” is being used for the Trading “Amazon”. The outbound relationship of “Amazon” has batch mode enabled with calendar event “LexiCommBatchEvent”. If you will check My Monitor>B2B>Interchange Logs you will see that your processes are awaiting in queue. This happens when the batch mode is enabled for a Trading Partner relationships.

    We found that the “LexiCommBatchEvent” event is not active and that is why all your process are getting started but going in queue but not processing. Please Activate this calendar event and it will trigger batch process for further processing of your file. Hopefully you should be able to see the files in your Outbox.
