Soap web service schema missing

I have created a web service consumer but when I try to create an XML schema from that web service consumer, it does not show up in the drop down list of Consumer ID. All it shows is FullfillmentWebSErvice_Call

  In v6.0, the SOAP style web service schema is automatically available within the Data Mapper when you select Load Schema > Web Service
