Erroneous Date Values when using date template

Using the value %%yyyy-mm-dd%% when putting context variables is not picking up the correct date value. This was working in v5.3

  v5.3 allowed %%yyyy-mm-dd%% when putting context variables, but 6.1 needs %%yyyy-MM-dd%%.
