Pre-requisites for opening the Process Designer

Please verify that you have the latest JRE (Java Runtime environment) setup in your machine before opening this utility from the Adeptia application. The JRE is needed to open Process Designer, Mapper, Monitoring tools.

While opening the Process Designer if you are prompted to open a jsp file, please open the file with Java Web Start program.
