Performing a graceful shutdown

To shutdown the Adeptia Services (Kernel/Webrunner) gracefully follow the steps below.

1. Go to Administer > Maintenance > Kernel in Adeptia GUI.
2. On selecting this you will see the running process flows.
3. Pause the Kernel and wait till the running process flows gets executed.
4. Go to Administer > Maintenance > Scheduler in Adeptia GUI and see if there is any event scheduled to execute in a near future.

Now if the above two requirements are fulfilled i.e. no running process flow and no event trigger time in a near future then stop the Adeptia Suite Services (Kernel/Webrunner)
