Comment out activities in the Process Designer

Question:

As I'm working on a process, it sure would be nice to 'disconnect' a set of activities, and then 'comment' them out, so I can 'uncomment' and reconnect them once I'm finished working on a particular section of the process flow....is there any way to do something like that?

Answer:

Disconnecting the activities from the process flow is possible by removing the sequence flow (arrow) from the input and output sides of the activity or set of activities. There will be alerts indicating that there are no incoming or outgoing sequence flows from these activities, but you can save and execute the flow as needed.
