Business User - Track and Monitor

Situation:

How do I create a user that has access just to the Monitor portion of Adeptia? For example, the process flows Dashboard?

Tip:

Create a business user (Administer > Setup > User (User Type= Business User). The business user only has access to the Monitor section of Adeptia.
