PasswordEncrypter utility

We have created the PasswordEncrypter utility to encrypt passwords using AES algorithm. Please find the attached PasswordEncrypter.zip file and follow the below steps to run this utility:

1. Replace'local_policy.jar' and 'US_export_policy.jar'(placed under 'jre\lib\security' of your system JRE) with attached jars.
2. Set environment variable 'path' to java install dir path.
3. Double click 'PasswordEncrypter.exe' to encrypt plain text password.
