Set HOST Name for Web Service callback

Situation:

When a web service makes a call, it sets the following callback information

<Key>CALLBACK_HOST</Key>
<Value>127.0.0.0</Value>

The CALLBACK_HOST parameter should be a hostname and not an IP#. Because callback will fail if that host goes down. Therefore, callback should not go to a specific host.

 

Solution:

  1. Log into Adeptia Suite with admin credentials.
  2. Go to Administer > Setup > Application Settings > Update System Properties > Web Server
  3. Provide the Host Name for "abpm.webserver.public.address" Property Name.
  4. Save the Properties, Reload Configuration and restart Adeptia Suite.
