Email Source

Your inbound data might be coming via an Email file attachment. In order for the Adeptia application to get to that Email in your Exchange Inbox location, the following properties need to be populated in the Email Source Activity screen.

For example:  An agent is sending Insurance Policy data to an Insurance Carrier through an Email. The data file is attached in the email. In order to get to that data, we will use Email Source Service and define an Activity with the following properties (as an example). Refer to the image below.

Adeptia supports POP, SMTP, IMAP4 protocols.
