Example: Pharmacy sends a Prescription Change Request to a Prescriber
In this data integration example a pharmacy is requesting permission to change the original new prescription. For example substituting the prescribed drug to a generic from a brand. Adeptia allows easy setup of the B2B Trading Partner setup of clinics and pharmacies to exchange data in NCPDP Script and other standards.
Using the Adeptia B2B Trading Partner interface:
- Prescriber receives request from the Pharmacy (trading partner)
- Maps the RxChange Request/Response message
- Automatic trigger processes new requests on arrival
- Prescriber checks the request status in Trading Partner Monitor interface
