Importing an EDI Data Dictionary

Situation:

We'd like to use the 5010 data dictionary within Adeptia. How can we import the zip file?

Solution:

You need to upload this file by going to Develop > Services > Data Dictionary > EDI > Create New and upload the zip file. This screen will read through the zip and populate all the fields and creates the data dictionary. Click on Save after it's done loading.

Now to use a particular message type such as 834 etc.., You need to go to Develop > Services > Schema > EDI and create the specific schema definition which then can be pulled into the mapper. There's a video that explains how B2B inbound relationship can be built here:
