Debugging - Patch Upgrade

This forum post will help you troubleshoot issues related to upgrading Adeptia


                                            Debugging Steps

  1. If an issue occurs during patch application, you will be notified in the console window
  2. For more information regarding the error, refer to the migration.log file located in the patch directory (Ex: C:\patchfiles\AdeptiaSuite_6_2_SP1_03June_2015\)
  3. Depending on the error thrown, you may be able to identify the issue. Otherwise you can search the support forum for articles that may address the problem

                                Information to be Provided to Support for Assistance

  •         Screen shot of Error that you are receiving.
  •         Migration log file (Ex: C:\patchfiles\AdeptiaSuite_6_2_SP1_03June_2015\migration.log).
  •         Version of Adeptia already installed (\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\etc\CVS\Tag)
  •         Name of patch zip being deployed.
