Debugging Steps
- If an issue occurs during migration, an error will be shown in the migration utility console window
- For more information regarding the error, refer to the migration.log file located here \AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\MigrationUtility
- Depending on the error thrown, you may be able to identify the issue. Otherwise, you can search the support forum for articles that may address the problem

- Screenshot of the Error that you are receiving
- Migration log files(\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\MigrationUtility)
- Relevant Export or Import zip file
- Server-configure.properties file (\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\etc)
